During this week-long tour based in Paphos and Limassol, we discovered the wine-making scene, enjoy legendary hospitality and soaked in the stunning scenery of the Troodos mountains. Cyprus is one of the oldest winemaking countries in the world but in its present form it’s a 25 year old! We loved trying the indigenous grape varieties including Xynisteri, Promara, Maratheftiko, Yiannoudi, and we sampled modern versions of the legendary Commandaria. And not forgetting the cultural highlights of Kourion and Kolossi, and a Sunset Cruise on a Private Catamaran, this was a unique and memorable tour.
